i?ve used sunscreen with the highest spf since i was 13, because im really concern about premature aging.im 20 y.old now, and shoul i start using antiaging product?what is the best antiaging product on the market?i know chanel has age-delay. is that any good?
Have lots of sex!!
YES the sooner the better? use for sure s moisturezer that is spf 15 you will not regret!
Forever young? hhmm.. perhaps it would be good to invest in some common sense than in an anti-aging product.
Nobody stays ?forever young?.
Moisturize, eat healthy, drink adequate amounts of water, and embrace the fact that there are cycles to life:
infant, toddler, adolescent, young, not-so-young, middle aged, and aged.
All these will occur no matter how much you fret over them.
Use Vit E OIL everyday eat one and also use it on your face. It is yucky but hey it keeps your skin young looking as well as helps in side.
Tie hair back,Use warm cloth to open pores, apply Vit E relax for a few hours or over night then cool rinse. Do this at least one time a week. Been doing this since i was 18 and everyone at church think my youngest son is my Brother or boy friend or husband? so they all say. My pastor had to call me up front to straighten it all out. I am 45 he is 23
Go figure. You can?t stay young forever but you can look young longer?
Find the Fountain of Youth, then come back to tell the rest of us.
meanwhile use SPF products, eat healthy, exercise regularly, and be happy?happiness reduces stress, therefore, reduces wrinkle lines :p
